This light-hearted comedy movie is a must-watch. The story revolves around Bhola (Sunil Dutt) and his lady love Bindu (SairaBanu). It's one of the best Bollywood movies, filled with great performances and songs—namely Vidyapathi (Kishore Kumar)'s performance and the famous song, MeriPyaariBindu. I particularly adore Mahmood's role as a Tamilian. Many people have disregarded this movie because they believe it shows a Tamilian in bad taste. However I am Tamilian, and I didn't find that this movie mocked the South Indian culture at all. The key is to take in the movie in the right spirit.

2. AndazApnaApna (1994)

This classic comedy film has got Aamir and Salman Khan in the lead roles opposite Karishma Kapoor and RaveenaTandon along with PareshRawal in double roles. Directed by RajkumarSantoshi, this is definitely one of the best comedy movies ever made. The song "Ye RaatAur Ye Doori" is also a fun romantic number. The movie is filled with laughs and unforgettable dialogue.

3. Hera Pheri (2000)

Hera Pheri is a hindi cult comedy movie and is directed by the very famous Priyadarshan. It has Akshay Kumar, PareshRawal and Suniel Shetty in the lead roles.Three unemployed men find the answer to all their money problems when they recieve a call from a kidnapper. However, things do not go as planned.

3. Golmaal Series (2006,2008,2010)

This is a must-see comedy movie series. Golmaal (2006) started it all, and now there are three in the series with a possible fourth in the making. From the first movie, this hilarious series has only grown in every aspect, from budget to cast. All three movies are good, but the first one is better than the rest so if you can only pick one, watch the first.

4. ChupChupKe (2006)

This Priyadarshan directorial has got Shahid and Kareena Kapoor working together and the magic is something else. This comedy film has got all the elements right with Om Puri, PareshRawal and Shakti Kapoor and some scenes are just unbelievably hilarious.
